About Me
Hi, I’m Conner 🤍
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14 years old, and from that moment, my relationship with my body completely changed.
In a short period of time, I experienced rapid weight gain, going from around 110 lbs to 200 lbs in just a couple of months. My weight fluctuated constantly, and I felt like I had no control over what was happening.
Along with that came things that were just as difficult to navigate cystic acne, unwanted hair growth, unpredictable cycles, and a level of exhaustion I couldn’t fully explain.
But more than anything, it affected me mentally.
I struggled with anxiety, depression, and feeling completely disconnected from my body. For a long time, I felt stuck trying different things, second-guessing everything, and wondering why nothing seemed to work for me the way it seemed to for others.
Over time, I started to shift my focus away from extremes and toward simple, realistic habits that actually supported my body.
Not overnight but slowly things started to feel more manageable.
I stopped trying to do everything perfectly and started focusing on consistency, balance, and what actually felt sustainable for me.
I created PCOS with Conner to make things feel simpler for you.
There’s so much information out there—and most of it feels overwhelming, restrictive, or unrealistic.
This space is different.
It’s about:
Simple routines
Balanced meals
Realistic habits
Learning what works for YOUR body
Here, I share:
• Simple ways to support hormone balance
• Realistic approaches to weight management
• Easy meal ideas and routines
• Support for the hard days too
Everything is meant to feel:
Doable
Sustainable
Not overwhelming
You don’t need to do everything perfectly.
You don’t need to try everything at once.
You just need to start somewhere and build from there.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure, you’re not alone in this 🤍
With Love,
Conner
